PAYMENTS

The currency used by Fundación Nehal for payments is the Euro, and this also applies to the applicable taxes.The final amount of the order will include delivery fees based on the destination options chosen and Fundación Nehal’s policy on delivery fees.Your order will be processed once the relevant payment has been made.

PAYMENT METHODS

You may use the following payment methods for your order:

The full amount of the order may be paid by bank transfer to Fundación Nehal to the account number provided within X business days. DELIVERY FEES

The delivery rates applied will be €3 per book for deliveries in Spain, and €7 for express deliveries.
The rate will be €8 per book for European countries and €15 for all other countries.
A special rate will apply to deliveries with a certain amount of units and to distribution services that are subject to an agreement with Fundación Nehal.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Please notify Fundación Nehal of any missing deliveries when the delivery time has been exceeded within reason.
When your order is delivered, please check that the delivery is right.Should there be any kind of problems with your order when it is delivered, specify the reason (for example, open parcel, damaged goods) on the delivery note and sign it.Then contact us.
The courier only takes the order to the address provided by the interested party.The courier will not collect old items or unwrap the parcel, or do any other task that is not included in their service description.
The order’s delivery will be done on the ground floor of the recipient's address except for those cases where the weight or volume of the item or the functional characteristics of the building prevent the courier from doing this. In this case, the courier will deliver the parcel at the front door leading out onto the street with the unloading resources provided by the recipient or at the end courier’s offices.
The recipient will be obliged to examine the delivery immediately to check for any damages or missing items.Any damages caused in transit that cannot be examined externally will be notified in writing within 24 hours from delivery.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We will not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds for items ordered on the www.fundacionnehal website when these have been personalized at your request.

o   Returns due to dissatisfaction:
Should you not be satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 business days from the date of delivery.The product must be returned as it was delivered, in other words, unused.When returning an item due to dissatisfaction with the order, the delivery fees and collection fees will be paid by the customer.To return the item, this must be in perfect condition in its original packaging. RISKS

Should the courier lose a delivery, Fundación Nehal will apply Group C of the Incoterms whereby the courier takes on the risk. Therefore, depending on the type of delivery, Fundación Nehal will not be held responsible for incidents of force majeure, delays and their consequences once Fundación Nehal’s has diligently handed over the goods to the courier.
Once the item has been successfully delivered and taking the delivery date as reference, the risks (specifically, loss, theft or damages) related to the items delivered will be taken on by the interested party.
